Important Rules & Information – BBM

Here are the rules and important information for the  Meeting:

All vehicles and participants must be registered before entering the camping area.

Registration will be completed using a valid passport or ID card.

By registering for the meeting, participants agree to the applicable participation fee. The prices are valid from the morning of 9 July until noon on 11 July. No fee adjustments will be made if participants arrive late or leave early.

During registration, participants will receive meeting materials and surprise gifts.

The Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave the meeting if their behaviour threatens the safety, peace or comfort of other participants, or seriously disrupts the meeting.

The speed limit inside the camping area is 5 km/h. Please drive slowly and carefully, especially around children, pets and pedestrians.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Loud music and unnecessary vehicle testing are not allowed during these hours.

The camping entrance will be closed by the campsite management at 23:00. Please respect the campsite’s access rules.

All participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The Organization Committee and campsite management cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

Participants should remain within the designated camping and meeting areas during the event. The Organization Committee cannot be held responsible for accidents or damages occurring outside these areas.

Please keep the camping area clean and respect nature. Use the designated waste bins and help us leave the campsite as we found it.

The Organization Committee reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program or schedule when necessary. Such changes will be communicated to participants whenever possible.
 
All VW Buses and other vehicles, especially those arriving from abroad, must comply with all applicable traffic regulations in Serbia.
 
Pets must be kept under control and on a leash where required within the camping area. Please always clean up after your pets.
 
Open campfires are not permitted in the camping area. Barbecues are allowed only in the designated areas.
 
Electricity is included in the participation fee.

Please use the campsite’s electrical facilities responsibly and follow any instructions provided by the campsite management.

By registering for BBM 2027, every participant confirms that they have read and accepted these rules.

BBM is a friendly gathering of VW Bus enthusiasts, families and friends. Our goal is to enjoy the weekend together, respect the people around us and keep the spirit of the meeting alive.
